slackmatic port: dropbear for slackware

I've put up a slackmatic port for dropbear in the "guinix" repository:

This port includes support for two run systems:

  * "classic" slackware rc.d script
  * daemontools service

The "runit-dropbear" port, available separately, provides a runit-based
service.

I observed the following issues with the current release (0.47):

  * the progress bar (SCPPROGRESS=1) fails for both glibc and dietlibc
builds, due to absence of strlcat()

  * the scp build fails with dietlibc, due to unresolved and
non-standard typedefs (u_int, u_long)

Benefits of slackmatic:

  * BOIM: build once, install many
  * integrated use of dietlibc
  * uses standard slackware package management utilities
