Connection sharing from OpenSSH doesn't work with dropbear

Mea culpa.. it seems the problem is that after logging out on the master
session, I mustn't press Ctrl-C, otherwise the connection will be
killed. Seems I misunderstood the concept of ControlMaster. But I still
think it would be nice if the connection would be kept open as long as
there are open sessions.

I just tested and the behaviour of dropbear and sshd are the same...
silly me.
