Dropbear and libtommath

I made a start on this in a mercurial branch (on the public server) but got sidetracked trying to get tomsfastmath working on MacOS. I can't remember what state it's in, though I think the dropbear code changes are done but untested. The tomsfastmath directory mightn't be in a good state though.
