adding PAM lastlog support for SSH login MOTD

hi,

i’m wondering if the dropbear sshd server has the ability to show the /var/lastlog info with the MOTD.

i see someone else asked this question like 10 years ago, so i am not sure if it’s possible (i am able to compile things from source. i just don’t know if the config.h file has any relevant flags)
