The OEM packet it would have come in would have had "450Mhz" somewhere
on it.  Intel meant it to run at 450.  Intel meant my 300A to run at 300
MHz.

not on your life :-)  Sure would like an Alpha EV67 which gives sub one
minute blocks ...
