I eventually deleted the stupid thing from my computer, because it could
almost never login.  Whenever it failed, which was mostly because it was
unable to establish a connection to the server (which seems to be
rejecting connections most of the time), the bloody thing kept asking for
my username and password!  OK, fair enough if I got my password wrong, but
simply because it was unable to do something basic, like establish a
freaking connection?!?!

Their "tech support" is pathetic, and involves nothing more than automated
responses, and prepackaged (albeit human-sent) responses.
