[ucc] Screw Sizes and Sources?

What are the CORRECT metric screw sizes used in PC cases (for 
mounting HD, CD-ROM, floppy drive etc.)

And WHERE can I get decent stocks of these - I always seem to need 
them. The "PC Bits" bags from Jaycar and the like have too much 
useless crap in them to be of value - I just need the screws.

I have had luck with Total Fasteners before and will try them once I 
have the "official" sizes.
