After the Manic's firealarm fiasco, and knowing the state that UCC's
clubroom can get into, do you _really_ wonder about that belief..?

I'm sure having to fork out thousands of bucks for FESA people to come out
in response to alarms pisses off the Guild too....
Did _anything_ come of that, or did they essentially get away with a
wrist-slap...
Or is this the official response to that aforementioned incident.
