Perhaps we should continue to collect this information and if usage of
the clubroom goes down present evidence to the Guild that this policy is
having a negative effect on the use of the clubroom.

Yes, and I think discouraging people from doing bad shit is more
important that catching those who do bad shit. Of course, if bad shit
goes down, I think catching whoever did it is good too. Perhaps we need
constitutional provisions for a "witch hunt" followed perhaps by a
"witch burning". I wonder what amendments we can get through Guild
Council...
