[ucc] Pioneer DVD-R firmware bug

Hi...

Basically if you use 4X disks without the appropriate firmware patch 
you can destroy the laser.

Can someone please let the list know when the patch is installed on 
the UCC's burner? And please don't use 4X discs in it until then!
