Well done all!

But :

* Feel like putting the code on display / downloadable for then
entries? I'm sure there are UCCans who would like to see the
handiwork of others and learn something about coding / problem solving

* Shouldn't the attached files have been called something more proper
like judgingq1.txt (yeah, I'm being a bit pedantic - but its amazing
the number of problems I see people have all caused by bad file
naming / extension.)

How about a different format for the next comp?

Say 20 short, fairly trivial programs as part of a timed quiz (who
ever implements the most in the shortest time wins) - examples
fibonacci sequence, sorting, string transpose, gcd, etc

You could even have team events.

I suppose the number of participants is the most crucial.

What was the turn out like?

Any photos of the contestants sweating it out?

And imagine a hardware / software comp (all contestants given then
same stuff, say a shitty 486 and some sort of basic I/O hardware
interface and a box of meccano with a "device" to build that has to
do a particular job...)

Just a few musings this morning...
