The questions are :

* Do you want it quiet?
* Do you want it secure?
* If its quiet and secure will it require ventilation to keep cool?
* Is having a door on the back going to be a problem if its close to a wall?
* Will you be evil and have cabling and stuff running out of the back 
of the rack going elsewhere?

Just lessons I've learnt from my own racks....
