[ucc] UCC via SNAP

Hi all.

I've set up madako so that UCC members can ssh to mussel
from UWA's SNAP wireless network. If you connect to "SNAP"
about the UWA campus (key is "12345"), then you can ssh to
10.11.0.13, which will bounce to mussel. It might take a
while to connect since the 10.11.0.0/16 network used by SNAP
doesn't route anywhere, so DNS will have to time out.

Hopefully that's useful for the members who aren't students
or staff and would like to use the network about campus.
