[ucc] Apple eMate

Hi,

Does anyone know if it's possible to cheaply pick up an Apple eMate
these days? If not, is there anything else similar floating around?

I'm not looking for a full powered laptop[0], but something to take
notes on in Lectures would be very useful. The eMate has a relatively
big keyboard, backlit screen, good battery life and connectivity. The
only downside was they were discontinued in 1998.
