President's Report

Vice President's Report

 - hates *
 - went to Ross', got 10tape changer with two drives (DLT7000) and
   barcode reader for $170

Treasurer's Report
------------------
 - banking got done
 - received Aarnet/PABX bill for Sept
 - balance after LA grant is $4247 inc $1300 LA grant
 - + ~$290 in case
 - - ~$700ish in bills
 - we should lock accounts
 - city traffic sucked

DAG seconds. Passed.

Secretary's Report
------------------
 - we paid bills
 - we got more bills
 - we got the LA grant for Manbo (go us)

Drinks'n'Snacks

 - we have enough M&Ms (tm)
 - need to purchase more chips (!chicken)
 - need more drinks

Machine Reports
---------------
 - We have them
 - Sacheto has the 19" monitor with the Creator 3D framebuffer
 - We have some temperature logging at /stats/temp.html

General Business
----------------
 - Programming Competition: no one has any time
 - UCCCamp: JCF has booking form
 - Dinner: PXY will ring Terazza (suggest that 20ish people will want to turn
   up). Consider Friday the 28th.
 - Someone needs to buy new latch for tool cupboard, DAG will look at it
 - Manbo upgrades
    - TRS thinks we should get 14x CPUs 400MHz/8MB cache, 6x CPU boards (+1 we
      have), 1x IO board, 1x clock board == USD$1035
    - our budget is USD$980, but we have some left over from last time
    - we'll shake the tin, PXY, DAG and TRS will all donate something
 - DAG will contact Fugro to acquire some stuff
