President's Report:
 - quiz night went well

CHZ arrives

 - we have enough dinner signups to make money (assuming people turn up)
 - still waiting for club events grant form back to ammend to get more money
 - hasn't done anything about the Sun letter
 - everything is under control (tm)
 - sent a questionairre to coke group, then emailed the answers to the
   questionairre in a particularly smooth move
 - replaced the vacuum cleaner bag, it now sucks more

Vice President's Report:
 - quiz night was a big success, don't have a final takings figure
 - we made a fair bit of money
 - blocking UniSFA
 - Airport is officially fucked (tm)

Treasurer's Report:
 - we have $1272,41 + $350,- after paying the storage bill
 - we have no outstanding liabilities

JFK shows (actual) Polaroid of quiz night

Secretary's Report:
 - everyone should buy a lore

Fresher Rep's Report:
 - nothing to report, really

The Jeff Report:
 - pizza selling well, but we're not making any money from it

Machine Reports:
 - we have them (although some of them we now don't have)
 - we should buy an Atheros 802.11g card
 - Fennetar is on the bright link, dual homed (causes interesting issues)

Drinks'n'Snacks:
 - we're out of flavours, need more "beer surprise" and lemonade (apparently)

Action Items:
 - PXY to do dinner poster
    - done, may contain spelling mistake
 - PXY to do vigil poster
    - done, now with 100% MORE FREEDOM
 - LAW to work on webpage
    - something of an ongoing effort, but something has been done

General Business:
 - LAW for door
    - has been kicked out because the only door member is leaving
    - approved anonymously
    - ACTION: PXY to send emails falstaf, reaps re: door
 - NAC for door
    - postponed till next week
    - need more information

JCF moves that CHZ shuts the fuck up, DAA seconds

    - offered to us by an ex-UCCan
    - ACTION: DAA to chase it up, find out how big and heavy it is
 - Free Sun
    - ??? does he mean SGI?
 - Brightlink
    - please refer to thread on the committee list about uwa.net.au
      "Brightlink" connection
    - TRS did some analysis that suggested we could save $70 a month
      by moving traffic costs onto the Brightlink
    - We need to have more discussion on hwc@
 - Wheel rorting Coke
    - wheel members are not to touch Coke if they're not in Coke group
      They know this!
    - any wheel member caught rorting Coke (when they're not in Coke) will
      face sanctions (such as account locking) and they can grovel to DAA
