[ucc] UCC Fish Tank

Most tropical fish don't deal with temps much above 22'C. Too much above
25'C and you start getting dead fish. UCC in summer probably isn't the
best place for it.

I know little about the care and feeding of goldfish, axolotyls, and
freshers however.
