Current balance: $3,188.73

This is before sem2-2006 and sem1-2007 guild grants. The former is
being looked into by the SOC treasurer still (Belinda) while the
latter claims have only just gone in.

Sem2-2007 budget was submitted ~4.15pm this afternoon (Friday, 27th July 2007).
