President's Report
------------------
- Have not done anything for the club, been busy with uni work.


Vice-President's Report

- Group assignments suck.
- Still working on quiz night, significant progress.


Treasurer's Report
------------------
- Have done nothing, third year sucks.


Secretary's Report
------------------
- Have working keyboard this week.
- Checked mail a couple of times, nothing significant.


Fresher Rep's Report
--------------------
- No progress regarding freshers not knowing about projects occuring in 
the club.
- Other than that, freshers are happy.


Machine Technical Reports
-------------------------
Servers:
- No changes.

Network:
- Bright is really slow.
- [DAA] would like to reposess the packeteer from Animal House to monitor 
traffic.
- [FEL] has offered to donate a 802.11a access point.

Desktops:
- Apollo has returned from Winthrop with a broken hdd diagnosed, which 
will cost ~$150 to fix.
- [TRS] Found Applecare which may be applicable to apollo.
- We will wait for a quotation from Winthrop before going ahead with 
repairs.

Appliances:
- Firmware upgrade on Clearwing might happen this week.


Drinks and Snacks
-----------------
- We have tons, snack machine is half full/empty.


Mail, Guild and SOC
-------------------
- No important mail.
- Rumours of SOC meeting tonight at 6pm.
- [M12] to attend SOC meeting if it occurs.


Action Items

- [DAA] to fix snacks cupboard (needs new hinge).
  - Redelegated to [M12].
- [LOL] to investigate gibson repair under warranty.
  - Not done.
- [SJY] to send email for donation drive for new air con.
  - Redelegated to [LOL].
- [M12] and [DAA] to cooperate with Unisfa's sub-committee to organise the 
Quiz Night.
  - Ongoing.
- [SJY] to submit budget.
  - Not done.
- [LOL] to email ucc@ to explain that the only thing stopping projects is 
initiative.
  - Not done.
- [M12] to go on snack run.
  - Done.
- [CJS] to email wheel to request firmware upgrade for UGG.
  - Somewhat done.

General Business

mattman : Apollo update
- Reimbursing [MRD] for apollo repair quotation: $49.50. Committee votes, 
all for.

rvvs89 : Victor for door
- Victor makes a statement.
- Commitee votes, 4 for, 2 abstain.

[MRD] leaves.

trs80 : Easter LAN 11/04/2009 - night pass
- [RVS] to obtain night pass for LAN.

mitch : Snacks for the vendo, Theres little or none left.
- Done.

[DJA] leaves.

nightrdr : Clubroom is filthy. A cleanup would be excellent, but it would 
seem the major problem is people leaving food wrappers, takeaway 
containers and cans around. Suggest that physical state of the clubroom is 
a bigger turnoff than verbal state. Suggest spartantic rules to enforce 
cleanlyness. Bin is often overflowing with rubbish, we don't live in 
Somalia.
- We can organise a cleanup before the LAN.

spartanhelmet : push for freshers to participate in said cleanup
- This is a responsibility of door members, not committee.

prothoss : Draft account locking guidelines, are we happy to use the ones 
DJA wrote?
- Motion to adopt account locking guidelines as official UCC policy, 
committee votes: all for.

zanchey : SMS screen
- Got email from Allied Health to hire the SMS screen, [DAA] suggests $200 
fee.
- [BDL] is also interested in hiring the SMS screen in May.
- SIM card still works, mobile connector does not.
- Interface could use an update, [DAA] is somewhat interested in rewriting 
it in Clutter.

sjy : $60 air con
- [NTU] is interested in picking this up.
- Would be useful as a backup regardless of how powerful it is.

mitch : UCC buy some electronics stuff, Solder, etc (about $50 with of 
goodies), Maybe clean out the Tool cupboard too.. - Aplg [FEL] will be 
late
- Deferred to next meeting.
