  I'm one of those faceless old guard wheel members you seem to have such 
  problems with. Maybe you get a hard time in the clubroom, I don't know.
  But your communications on list are consistently petty, you seem to show 
  no respect for the people that do quite a lot to keep things running, and 
  you've done little to demonstrate any level of maturity. If you want
  people to take you and your ideas seriously, you need to grow up, learn
  how to take criticism, and stop dummy spitting every time someone
  says something you don't like.
