[ucc] Clubroom v2.0

So we are dismissing this because it uses Microsoft Silverlight? I hardly
think thats a fair way to dismiss it, its actually quite a cool thing and
would be useful to add to our website to show possible members our space.
Then again, surely there is more to the distaste for this then the
Silveright issue, much like some peoples distaste in the room currently for
anything apart from Windows.
