Good idea! Once you've got everything confirmed, it might be worth
talking to CSSE or somebody else in FECM to see if you can get them to
send your announcement to the various student mailing lists. (They
seem to be pretty willing to do this :-))

Where are you planning on holding the talks? I reckon a lecture
theatre would be best - might be worth checking out this site and
speaking to Venues to see if you can book one:

I'd be happy to help, though I'm not a current CS student... :-)

I don't see why this can't be done, though we wouldn't be able to eat
pizza inside lecture rooms. Will have to raise it at the next
committee meeting.
