[ucc] Fingerprint dispensing

Hi Again,

Last night @ ucc i setup a biometric scanner, you can see this next to  
the MR, I have been able to get it to dispense me a drink when i swipe  
my finger, But i dont have the knowledge in the code to make it do  
much else.

If you know C and would be happy to help get this working please let  
the list know.

Ideas so far:
Each finger dispenses a different slot
Possibly put one on the door to open it
If your going to try to break biometrics then you probably deserve to  
be in UCC anyway... And you'll probably get seen
Have a temperature sensor on the scanner that ensures its a human  
finger being scanned, not a jelly stick with a fingerprint on it.

There is an API for it available on rome.ucc, If you want access to be  
able to see this please let me know and i will create you an account.

The scanner is from an old IBM Laptop, Hacked up to work with a  
external USB port.
