The Aged Care Research and Evaluation Unit (ACREU) at UWA are seeking an experienced .Net Programmer. ACREU is a research group within the School of
Population Health in the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences. It collects, collates and analyses aged care related data from hospital based
multidisciplinary teams, maintains an aged care database and reports to state and national aged care programme officials.

 

The role:

 

As the appointee you will, under limited direction, maintain/develop database applications, provide software support and produce software documentation.

 

Technical skills and experience:

 

• Degree or Postgraduate qualification in a relevant area

• Proven ability to program in VB.Net, Winforms, WPF, and write SQL scripts

• Experience of using Visual Studio.Net (2010) and SQL Server 2005/2008

 

The appointment is initially for 12 months with further employment dependent on funding.
