Ayii.  At least it will be a morning game, but I won't conserve energy
in a 1v2 qualifier :-)

I did a time trial yesterday around Lake Monger, following the City to
Surf training guide.  They say serious runners should aim for 18
minutes around the 3.5k course, and I did it in 15.5.  So I'm thinking
I'll give it a serious go this year, so I'm looking at being skipper
at the wedding and having a nap in between the ceremony and reception.
