No chance of Mat being available unfortunately.

I'm planning on going via Freo to avoid the freeway entirely.  I'm not sure what
the best alternative route is, it shouldn't be necessary anyway since it is
theoretically closed on Saturday morning, not afternoon.  As I said though, I'd
be allowing a bit of extra time over usual.
