Just had a word with Chris (guessed he wasn't getting these since he 
hadn't commented). Pertinent information is:

- Chris won't be a regular, but might fill in from time to time.
- He agrees that D grade is a good idea over summer
- He reckons there should be no problems with just letting them know we'll 
be playing (faxing the form through might still be a good way of letting 
them know what's going on, although a phonecall is probably still no a 
terrible idea) and paying at the first game.

Oh, and he suggested we use whatever name we feel like. ;)
