This is the offense I'd like us to have a go at. Its starting position  
is almost identical to the way our offense is normally set up, so it  
shouldn't feel too unnatural to begin with.

Please have a look at this until you're familiar with the general  
movements. When we're at training I'll go into some further details  
and explanation.
