[UCCBball] Offence info

So, after much prompting from Tommo, I've put together a document which 
runs through the rough offence I want to try. It goes into a bit more 
detail than Tommo was technically suggesting*, but we'll see how we go. :P

If people can have a look before the next game they play, that would be 
nice. Certainly a lot better than trying to cover stuff five minutes 
before the game.

Hopefully it's not too dense, information dump-wise. The majority of the 
stuff there is to help people understand the whys, rather than just the 
whats - the basic rules themselves are relatively simple. Hopefully that 
is how it comes across. Let me know if it doesn't, or anything is unclear 
(or I've made mistakes - I was pretty tired :P)

*For the record, Tommo was suggesting something like:

(1) If you have the ball and some space, you have to drive
(2) If you pass the ball to the wing, and the wing doesn't drive, you 
have to cut
(3) If you're on the weak side wing and the ball goes towards the hoop, 
you have to cut low
(4) If the strong top side is vacated, the weak top side should fill in
