I'd say yes - we should get him involved as soon as possible, and two subs 
should be fine. Other people can feel free to have other opinions though.

As for running him through the offence, the next bye is the general bye 
for Christmas (23rd and 30th), and after that we have a bye on the 13th. 
They're all over halfway through the season though. I guess there is a 
slim chance we could do a Sunday, but that could be awkward to arrange.

Of course, there is still the info on the offence that I sent around to 
everyone. While we're not following it to the letter (and if he's an 
experienced player it'll be pitched below his level :P), the basic idea 
still stands. Probably better than nothing for him to have a quick look 
through rather than trying to explain it from scratch before the game.
