[CDG5] Daniel: SizeMem

Thanks, Daniel, for letting me know a few months ago that the code I had
dumped as "Lastly.lib" was actually from SizeMem.a. As part of my effort
to rip the "amphibian DNA" out of the Cube-E repo, I have fixed this.
The result helps our understanding of VMAllocateMemory, the DR Emulator,
and the Emulator Control Registers:
