[CDG5] OF/HWInit blob in NewWorld ROM 1.x

In NewWorld ROM 1.1, the OpenFW blob (as pointed to by ConfigInfo) seems to have an ELF at offset 0x88. Based on the mangling of the strings within, it might be a compressed blob (these strings are also largely found in v2+ Trampoline versions). In fact, the blob seems to contain something more analogous to HWInit than OpenFW, suggesting that ConfigInfo is inaccurate.
