Ok, i got confused when you started talking OF.
At some point it would be nice if we could decode new world boot roms. If we could get to the point that we could replace open firmware with Open BIOS. We’re never going to have Apple’s source to their Open Firmware implementation, so upgrading to open bios seems like a worthwhile goal.
BTW, my mail to the list seems to be bouncing, I get this a lot with mailing lists, doesn’t like Apple Mail?
Or is there some setting I need to set in Mail?

Based on the mangling of the strings within, it might be a compressed blob (these strings are also largely found in v2+ Trampoline versions). In fact, the blob seems to contain something more analogous to HWInit than OpenFW, suggesting that ConfigInfo is inaccurate.
