[CDG5] HFS from source

I wanted a few hours of deeply engaging therapeutic coding, so I got the
HFS parts of the NewWorld ROM mostly muilding from source. I tried to
make clear where the Ruby Slipper (large HFS volume) patchset was rolled
into the ROM. Interestingly -- and surprisingly -- HFS+ is nowhere to be
found. Is it always patched into the system by an on-disk driver? Ideas?

The unlink script now tells me that 54.3% of the ROM now comes from
source. So now we've beaten the half-way mark!

Also, anyone got any recent hacking work to sound off about?
