The AppleTalk resource bits are already compiled and are in
https://github.com/elliotnunn/mac-rom/blob/master/Misc/AppleTalk.rsrc
Did you get anywhere with the NetBOOT? It wasn't really clear to me
from the source how the boot server was supposed to work.
