[CharityVigil] Charity Vigil 14/8/2012 Meeting Minutes

*Charity Vigil! Important information first:

Date: September 28 (last Friday of Study Break)
Donations currently received: ...nothing

Places to scout out for said donations:

- Tactics
- Broadway Pizza, Dominoes, that kebab place at Broadway
- Stefan's Books
- White Dwarf
- Board Games Cafe that no one knows the name of - possibly for vouchers?

Rowan and Tegan will go Tuesday morning (21/8) to accost Tactics, White 
Dwarf, etc.
Frames will look at preliminary posters to advertise date/time of Vigil. 
Will also create FB group, sort out donation forms this week.

Future meetings will be held Thursdays at 3:00pm.*
