Maybe ask them what they're looking for?

Anything bulky would be prohibitivly expensive to ship, and mailing
stuff overseas sometimes doesn't get through. Most of what we have
that would help would be data, which is irrelevant if they have a
decent net connection. If they don't, and there aren't any wacky
Australian crypto export restrictions applicable, we can probably just
post them a whole lot of CD-ROMs, like Al is suggesting.  If they are 
interested, maybe some of the stuff from MIT's open uni stuff on CS
as well?
