[committee] query: University Computer Club

The University Computer Club is looking for venues to hold its 31st
birthday dinner. 52 people attended last year's event and I think we can
expect a similar turnout this year.

We would be interested in a set menu with vegetarian and gluten free
options. Alcohol should be available for purchase, but I don't think
there will be plans to provide any complementary pre-dinner drinks.

The dinner is tentatively scheduled for the 3rd of September, however
any time in September will be fine.

What can you offer us in regards to menus and pricing per head.

If you need to send us any hard copy information, you can mail it via
internal mail to Box 22 M300.
