Shenton Park - Their story is that we've been underbilled for all
the previous years - they had never actually measured it until last
year. They'll take a look next week to see if the remaining space
can be used by anybody else - if so, we may be able to get it
cheaper again. If it's deemed that the remaining space isn't usable,
we'll continue to be billed for the full area.

Lights - The guild are replacing the light above UCC with 2
fluoroescent lights hopefully soon. Electricians have been flat out.

Ceiling fans - The guild will look into and let us know.
