John,
Your Exchange server is currently spamming a number of mailservers
with messages about virus deletion. The problem is, that the mail
you are receiving is not in fact from our domain.
Whoever is sending the virus (I imagine a drone PC) has picked up
the email address and is using it as the From address for email.
Your mail server is then replying back to us constantly.
Unfortunately this is a hard problem to solve, but repeatedly
sending an email back, especially when it's not really to the right
person, contributes more to the problem then to the solution.
It would be preferable if you could configure your mail server to
only send one email per virus per sender address. This way you
continue to inform people, but you won't irritate people who are
receiving this mail wrongly, nor will contribute to the overloading of
smaller Internet connections.
Kind Regards,
