[committee] committee meeting times and camp

We need to decide on a new time for committee meetings, can everyone fill 
out http://ucc.asn.au/cgi-bin/timetable.py (DAG and SJH already have, but 
you might want to update your times).

Also, we need to start advertising the camp, and pay the deposit if it 
hasn't been paid already.
