Breaking News: *National Holiday Golden Week in October 2006 Benefits CWTD's Travel Business*

TIANHE, Guangzhou, China, Aug. 25 -- China World Trade Corporation anticipated there will be a 8-10hnz.co.nz year-on-year increase in the nationwide travellers number in the coming ''Golden Week'' national holidays over that of 2005. The company plans to target at backpack traveller segments by providing more packaged tours with competitive price through the call center operated under its subsidiary New Generation Commercial Management Limited (''NG'').  According to Chinese governmental statistics, nation-wide toourist number has reached 111 million in 2005 national day holiday (Oct 1-7), a 10.5hnz.co.nz year-on-year increase over 2004. The total revenue generated from national tourism reached USD 5.8 billion, a growth of 16.6hnz.co.nz on top of previous year.

''We anticipate there will be a 8-10hnz.co.nz growth in the visitor number this year. So we are enhancing our service system to be prepared for the coming huge amount of air ticketing booking and hotel reservations'', said Mr. WU Wen Jian, deputy general manger of the call center under NG, ''Price-sensitive travellers prefer to visit destinations like Lijiang, Jiuzhaigou and Sanya. We have our geographic advantages to arrange reasonable travel itineraries to these popular places. Financial Just Released:
-- Gross profit increased to $995,000 for the second quarter of 2006,
       compared with $798,000 for second quarter of 2005.  Gross profit for
       the first half of 2006 were $2.7 million, up approximately $300,000
       from $2.4 million for the first half of 2005.
