Hi Clubs

Ill just give you a quick update on whats happening...

Firstly these are the dates for SOC Meetings this year, all starting at 6pm 
sharp in the Sue Boyd Room.

7th March - Also Treasurer Training
11th April
9th May
30th May
1st August
5th September
10th October

At the first meeting on the 7th of March there will be treasurer training 
straight afterwards. If you fail to send a delegate to attend both the meeting 
and treasurer training then you will be penalised.

Secondly, Handbook is almost finished and should hopefully be ready for the 
first SOC meeting.

Thirdly, Club Room Allocations have been decided between the Guild President 
and myself. Tommorow when I have my file with me I'll let everyone know whats 
going on. Big thanks to everyone for being patient.
