[committee] New membership cost

Hi,
An acquaintance of mine wishes to become a member, and he is not a UWA
student. How much does this cost, and would it be acceptable for me to
take the payment now, create his machine account, and pass it on at
the sunday cleanup (or whenever I'm around next, whichever comes
first)?
On another note, perhaps membership cost could be placed on the site
on a 'becoming a member' style page (or if it already is, then more
prominently). I'll do it if no one has any objections.
