[committee] UCC/Unisfa Quiz Night Status Report

Hi All,

Quick status report on the UCC/Unisfa quiz night:

- The Tav is booked for Friday the 25th of August.
  - I'll need to confirm this, but I'm under the impression that if we
    drink $x amount of alcohol on the night the cost of hiring the tav
    is waived.
- Ticket prices: $5 for prepaid tickets, $7 for tickets at the door.
  - Unisfa is happy with these prices, we'll need to confirm them at our
    next meeting.
- Format of the night:
  - Tables of 6-8 (actual number to be confirmed later)
  - Tables can contain people from both clubs
  - Six rounds of 10 mixed topic questions
  - Possible bonus round (If we feel like writing the questions for it).
  - Some of the Inter-round events will be UCC V Unisfa. We're working
    on the exact logistics of this. It may be on a per event basis.
- Profits and/or losses:
  - Will be split 50/50 between the two clubs.

I attended the last Unisfa committee meeting where most of the above
items were discussed. We'll need to approve a few things at our next
meeting (namely the price) but I don't see that as being an issue.

What we still need to do:
- Try and get sponsorship - Unisfa may have more luck with this than us,
  but we should try anyway. We may be better off trying to get _prizes_
  rather than money.
- Advertise
- Sell tickets
