I have already paid for my annual membership when I got the first notice, if
you can please check your records to confirm that it was paid and the form
was signed.

Cheers

Paul

Subject: Renewal of UCC Membership for 2006

Dear Paul,
This is your second and final reminder to renew your UCC membership for
2006.

If you wish to remain a member of the UCC, you should strive to renew your
membership as soon as possible. If your membership lapses, your UCC computer
account, including your email and webspace, will be locked until you renew.
Account locking will happening next week.

The easiest way to renew your UCC membership is to come into the clubroom
and
ask someone to sign you up. The cost for repeat offenders is $15 for
students
and $25 for non-students.

The second most easiest way to sign up is to download a copy of the
membership
form <http://www.ucc.asn.au/2006membershipform.pdf> and then mail it to us
at:
	University Computer Club
	Box 22, M300
	Guild of Undergraduates
	University of Western Australia
	35 Stirling Hwy, Crawley, 6009
	Western Australia, Australia
or fax it:
	ATTN: James Andrewartha
	(+61 8) 9386 3202

We will accept payment in cash, cheque, coke credit or some other method you
can negotiate with us. If you're sending in your form, give us an address to
send your membership card.

If you've already rejoined the UCC, but still received this email, contact
us
immediately, because this means we've done something creative with your
form.
Also tell us if you're putting your form in the mail so that we don't lock
your account.

We look forward to seeing you again in 2006.

Regards,
--Davyd Madeley
UCC Secretary, 2006
