[committee] events and money

Following on from a failed UCC::Camp. The next scheduled event is a LAN
on the 27/28th of May (there is absolutely no hope of a Quiz Night being
organised in that time, not a successful one at least). I would like to
propose if we hold a joint quiz night, it be in second semester (and we
start organising that ASAP too).

The event after that is the MTD, we should start organising that now if
we want to break out of this rut of events that suck.

On money, we've been spending money at an incredible rate, we need to
cap our expenditure before we kill ourselves. In the interests of fiscal
responsibility, I would very much like to see a weekly summary of
incomings and outgoings posted to the committee list. How much money we
banked and how much we withdrew, and what it was all for/where it came
from. Otherwise we're not going to have enough money to do a T-shirt
run, pay our traffic bills, pay OFM (remember this?) or do any of the
stuff we actually want to do.
