The UCC has extensive records, unfortunately mostly of the unsorted
variety. For the 25th anniversary (7 years ago), Dr Emma Hawkes worked
to compile a history of the UCC. You can access a draft version of this
document from our website (the rich text file is formatted and contains
correctly numbered footnotes):

This document should give you a starting point for research into the
history of the club. If you're interested in any specific records or
speaking with any former members, let us know and we will attempt to
assist you as best we can.
If you're interested in more recent records (that is, those from the
last 7 years), most of these are available on our website, including
complete minutes of the committee:
