[committee] Request to join coke group.

To all committee members,

I am requesting a position in the coke group in an attempt to become  
more involved in UCC, so that I can help easy the pain of the current  
coke members, (It's obvious when you ask some of them to put money in  
your account), and also there are often times when there aren't any  
free coke members in the room.
