[committee] UCC server in Sydney

Hi Anand,

Whilst in Dunedin, we were discussing the possibility of putting a 
machine from UCC onto ProgSoc's member network, so that our club could 
escape the wrath of charged email and unavoidable filtering. We now have 
the server in Sydney here with me, so if the offer is still open, we'd 
love to take it up.

It's an Alpha in a 3RU case, that also contains a little 
network-connected serial console so we can power it on and off remotely. 
Thus all it requires is two power points and two ethernet connections 
(and two IPs to suit). When would be a good time to set things up?
